If you are a certified ProMe Professional who has completed our training program, you will have received a certificate including a unique ID#. You may place your order any time at by entering your email address as the username and your ID# as the password.

To become a ProMe Professional (and qualify for ProMe purchases) simply join us for one of our free training presentations. You can sign up for a training on a day and time that work for you by clicking on this training sign-up link, by calling us at 888-988-8550, or by contacting us through the form below, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions and/or help you sign you up over the phone.

Our products are not available for sale direct to consumers. ProMe Skincare is only available to ProMe Professionals (who have completed our free training). However, as a ProMe Pro, you may purchase our proprietary Hug-in-a-Box kits or individual retail products that you may then sell to your clients either after their treatment in the spa, or curbside.  Any Hug-in-a-Box kit you purchase also includes FedEx shipping which, after customizing it for your client, you may choose to use to ship to them between spa visits.

All online purchases must be made with a credit card. Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discovery are accepted.

Shipping and handling costs are determined by your location and order total. Some items may bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. Your order will be shipped by FedEx ground delivery unless you have requested 2-day or overnight service. In the United States, on orders shipped standard ground delivery, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days of your order for in-stock items. If you would like 2-day or overnight delivery, please choose this option when you place your order online, or if you are calling in, please let the Customer Service representative know your shipping preference.

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to IL, and as otherwise required by law. If sales tax applies, it will be added to your order when you check out. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.

Although we make every effort to ship your order in its entirety, occasionally we will be sold out of certain items after you have placed your order. If we are unable ship your entire order, an email will notify you which items are unavailable, the refund amount returned to your credit card, and any accessible information regarding future availability of the sold-out product(s).

If your item has been damaged during shipment, please contact us (phone 888-988-8550 or email within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order. Be sure to leave the damaged goods in the original shipping cartons as an inspection by the carrier may be necessary. If you could take photos of the damage with your phone, that would be extremely helpful.

You may return or exchange any unopened product within 14 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges for items of equal or greater value will not be charged a restocking fee. Please fill out the following form and include it in the box.

We will process your return upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via FedEx ground shipping. We will also email you to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. However, any unexpired promotional funds used on the order will be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.
